How to Kill a Republic

Lord knows there's a lot going on today that should make every person, young or old, uncomfortable.

But, who is deciding what is and isn't appropriate and what should and shouldn't make kids uncomfortable?

What is the real agenda?

We have deprived generations of children, Civics and true American History, traditions, values...

We have deprived them of 'The Classics' ---

as if particular words in a novel will do them harm...

all while allowing them to experiment with drugs and surgeries in order to re-make themselves!

So many horrific things get a pass, in an effort to do what?

Protect them?

Is that what has been going on or is it much more calculated and sinister than that?

I argue, yes, 100%, it is calculated, and it is sinister!

Books, which might make them feel a little "uncomfortable", but will definitely make them think --are exactly what they need!

But, it's not just books!

What else have we seen removed over the past decade or so?

Statues with historic significance, benches which reference God, historic markers, removed!

As a book marker helps us to remember our place, once these markers are removed, the point in time, is forgotten.....

It was just a marker, it was just a memorial, it was just a cross...yes, a cross, erected in the name of peace... for crying out loud!

They are just some very worn out old documents...

it's just a flag,

it's just one anthem!

It is just our Country, a Republic by design, and day by day by day, we are killing off a beautiful thing that should be respected, admired, and fought for!

It has been methodical; the targeting, the lies, the particular words reserved for those who dare speak out...

It's called a Republic; and once it is gone, it doesn't come back, it is forever gone!

Modern Day Conquerors

In today's political climate, I have to wonder...

How many of the deciminators [both foreign and domestic] are feeling accomplished?

Today's version of the mighty conqueror?

When one more piece of Americana is dismantled, locked away, destroyed, either at their hands or as a result of their actions, is satisfaction gained?

I have to wonder if any person that has ever chanted the words, "tear it down", "ban the book", "burn the flag", "death to America", etc. is ever truly satisfied?

What of those that teach/instruct that it is perfectly okay to destroy property, burn flags, and topple statues, are they ever truly satisfied?

To me, they sure seem angry, at all times! I seriously doubt they are ever satisfied, because they lack core values, faith, and an innate spirit. They lack humanity!

You do realize that there are many of these "lackers", currently instructing your children, right?

Different Times: Different Customs

Have you ever made the comment, something along the lines...

If my Grandmother were here today, she'd not believe her eyes?If Grandpa could come back for a day, he'd not believe his ears?

Have you ever spoken of someone rolling over or turning over in their grave?

If they could come back, they would be, as a fish out of water!

It would be much the same, if we were to go back in time. We too would be as a fish out of water. It was a completely different world and yet we pass judgement on all that came before, as if all things could be applied equally!

Pilgrims; both Puritans and Separatists, left tyranny behind, as they sought to start over here, in a new land!

Free to Serve God as they so chose, and free to self govern!

In fact, once these shores were reached, their very first inclination was to enter into a Covenant with God!

This Covenant would be their guide for self-governance and would be very instrumental in paving the way for the writing of our U.S. Constitution, nearly 150 years later.

As we know from our History, July 4th, 1776 by the actions of the 2nd Continental Congress, Independence was unanimously declared for the 13 original colonies (the thirteen United States of America)

Wicked King George would not only suffer a crushing defeat in his efforts to control and rule over the citizens of this little startup Country...

He would be left wondering what was it about these people?

It was Freedom!

They had tasted it, and there was no going back.

Those before us, looked within, while always looking to heaven and they stood tall, refusing to give up!

"On every question of construction, let us carry ourselves back to the time when the Constitution was adopted, recollect the spirit manifested in the debates, and instead of trying what meaning may be squeezed out of the text or invented against it, conform to the probable one in which it was passed."- Thomas Jefferson (in a letter to William Johnson, June 12, 1823)

Not To Stand, Causes the Fall

My thoughts on this course that we've been on, banning and dismantling parts and pieces of our History, often times without a blink of an eye.

Allowing our children to be experimented with, and on!

Accepting the doctrine of men who would preach that Jesus condones such experiments!

That Jesus condones abortion!

We are nothing like the first Americans. We are weak, we do not stand tall and it has caused us a tremendous fall.

We have turned our backs, and have given up on all that was fought for - and won!

In the name of what, pray tell?

We are doing it without reason, without justification, and without cause!

All of the battles fought here, on this soil, by those that came before - and all of the battles around the world, to keep tyranny from finding its way back to our shores...

All that was won so long ago, is out of the minds of a growing number of people!

Do those working tirelessly to undo our History honestly believe that through their actions ---

Something better this way comes?

The placing of wedges between us; hyphened identities, separatists agendas, filling young minds with lies and distortions, cracking our Foundation...

This mindset, scares me more.....

than any of the darkest corners concealing those with the cruelest of intent in the classic, "To Kill a Mockingbird".

It is calculating, it is sinister, for the objective is our demise.

Proud Americans, those bold in their Faith and convictions (not lukewarm, out-of-touch, followers) now is not the time to sit it out.

It's time to pick, where you stand!
